Siblu’s Domaine de Soulac holiday park on France’s South West Coast is situated in the wine-growing Médoc region, just 3km from the sandy beaches at Amélie and Naîdes. As one of our slightly smaller Siblu holiday parks, Domaine de Soulac has a laidback atmosphere and is always popular with those who have younger children or who are looking for a more chilled-out camping experience. The health and wellbeing centre on-site is popular with parents who want pampering, and kids will love the pool, slide, kids’ clubs and evening entertainment.
There is lots to explore in the surrounding countryside, such as wine-tasting in some of the region’s world-famous chateaux, learning to surf in the Atlantic waves, or taking a family bike ride through the seaside pine forests.

From the restaurant terrace, you have a view of the swimming pool, ideal for a drink while the children enjoy the aquatic complex: 2 heated pools, 1 small bathing area with water jets for toddlers and slide. Deckchairs are at your disposal.
Hours of operation :
April: from 10:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
May, June and September: from 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
July - August: 10:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The entire aquatic area is open in July and August. At least 1 pool is open the rest of the season.

There's plenty to do close to Domaine de Soulac, so you'll never be bored on your holiday! You can't visit this part of France without spending some time on the fine sandy beaches, with Plage Centrale, Plage de la Naïade and Plage de l'Amélie among our favourites. Want to explore further? You can discover the world famous wine estates of the Médoc, stroll through Soulac's Jardin Botanique de Soulac, with over 4,000 different species of plants, or head to the nearby Aqualand waterpark, where there are slides, pools and a lazy river for family fun.

With over 7 kilometers of fine sandy beaches close included the lifeguarded beaches of Plage Centrale, Plage de la Naïade and Plage de l'Amélie, Soulac-sur-Mer makes for an excellent family seaside resort.

Lac D'Hourtin
This natural freshwater lake is a great place to spend the day. It offers child-friendly sandy beaches plus opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, swimming and fishing. There are also many cycle tracks in the area, so you can cycle off and discover your own private beach, plus there are plenty of places nearby to eat and drink.

If you enjoy cycling, hop on to the Vélodyssée to rediscover the Atlantic region by bike. This family-friendly cycle path (that runs from Brittany to the Spanish coast) allows you to discover this beautiful region at your own pace.

Cordouan Lighthouse UNESCO
The Cordouan Lighthouse is the oldest French lighthouse still in operation, and the last lighthouse at sea still open to the public. Built from 1584 to 1611, sometimes called the "Versailles of the sea", the "lighthouse of kings" or even the "king of lighthouses", it is the first lighthouse classified as historical monuments by the list of 1862.
